The Role:
We are looking for a Squad Leader to join us within our Stylerunner Karrinyup! This role will see you lead, inspire, and coach a team of passionate casuals, including support from your Assistant Store Manager. You will drive sales and KPIs, customer engagement, and team member coaching and development. This opportunity will allow you to work collaboratively with your Area Manager to identify areas of opportunity for your store and team in a high-profile space.
