You will work closely and is support by the Student Support Team, Facilitation Team, Whitsunday Employer Partners and internal Travel Academy team. If you're looking for the opportunity to bring new people into the exciting Travel and Tourism industry and supporting them throughout their journey, this role is for you! This full time role will ideally be based in either the Brisbane or Melbourne head office with flexible arrangements available. What you will be doing: Student Engagement Manage a FCTA Program to ensure students are educated, engaged, supported, and retained throughout their program to completion. Tasks include (not limited to): Facilitating program introduction sessions with students Engaging students into their program and educating them across the various elements involved Liaise with facilitators on a regular basis to provide program updates and ensure study guidance is provided Coaching calls to support students through the program and into further semesters Support sessions to assist with employment progression and retention Develop, share and execute annual program plan to ensure program success through: Ongoing improvements are made to the program for student experience Suitable resourcing is available throughout peak program periods Increased clarity for direction of program across the business Monthly reporting of program results for internal use, employer partners, stakeholders and suppliers Student Job Outcomes Educate, evaluate, and assist students on work applications.
