We are currently recruiting for an experienced Study Manager to join our team based in Newcastle .

About the Role Manage existing client relationships to maximise business opportunity for Ausenco. Seek out new opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop a healthy opportunity pipeline for the base metals, gold, and minerals mining market. Maintain a consistently high quality of studies output by planning, coordinating, managing resources, technical quality, and study progress. Communicate with clients and professional colleagues. Formulate effective business cases through bringing together technical knowledge and commercial concepts. Comply with all of Ausenco Minerals corporate policies and procedures by adopting Ausenco Quality Assurance and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and requirements. About You 10-15+ years' experience in the mining industry with strong base metals, gold, and minerals processing experience. A registered Professional Engineer is desirable. Extensive experience in the development, delivery, and operation of mining or mineral processing studies and projects. Previously worked on a client/owner's team or been a study manager, area manager, engineering manager, or lead engineer on several projects/studies. An established contact network within designated market (base metals and minerals) would be a major advantage. Excellent written technical and oral communications skills. Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Experience with JORC code and NI43-101 reports would be an asset. Willingness to travel when required. Why Ausenco?
