We've spent years perfecting the art of capturing unique moments and representing love in its most honest form. We have a roster of extremely talented photographers and videographers who shoot across 7 of our venues, which accumulates to over 200 weddings a year.About the roleWe are looking for a strategic and organized Studio/Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Studio/Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the financial success and strategic direction of Art of Grace. This role will lead the day-to-day operations of the Art of Grace team by managing department-related projects, coordinating and managing the client journey by responding to emails/phone calls, driving sales both internally and externally, and continually enhancing our product and service offerings to ensure client satisfaction and experience.This role is full-time Monday - Friday and will have the opportunity to work from home and our head office in Brunswick East - The Wool Mill.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for Art of Grace and proactively manage the budget/profit & loss statement for Art of Grace.Manage all approved department projects effectively from concept to completion with the primary aim of delivering agreed outcomes, managing internal or external stakeholders, and completing the project on time/to budget.Provide strong leadership and direction to the Art of Grace team, including directly managing the Creative Manager and coordinating a team of Shooters who contract with Nudo by allocating and booking shooters and equipment and ensuring shooters are delivering high-quality products.Manage the client journey with AOG by communicating regularly with clients and ensuring all notes and client documents are updated.Manage all client files including Dropbox and NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems, ensuring secure and organized data storage.Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to maintain high levels of satisfaction and support for studio operations.Work directly with Marketing to develop and brief in marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing sales and organic engagement.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and to maintain a competitive edge.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Skills and Experience:Demonstrated organizational and administration skills.Demonstrated experience managing a budget/profit and loss statement.Demonstrated experience managing department/internal projects with successful outcomes.Experience operating and managing a CRM (such as Salesforce).Ability to bring a creative approach to all work.Ability to work with high attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work to tight deadlines.Proficient in the use of software platforms such as Adobe and Pictime (preferable but not required).Why Work With Us:Encouraged work-life balance with flexibility around hours and options to work from home.Paid mental health leave.Enjoy the birthday leave we offer and take a paid day off and pamper yourself!We have a social and wellness committee to keep our team engaged, valued, and celebrated.Take part in a monthly RDO program.Work at one of our venues in our studio-style office.Grow in your role as we grow.
