We are searching for a retail sales extraordinaire who has experience in leading people and driving sales. To be successful in this role you will bring high energy, commitment and love the diversity of the role. You will be hands-on and thoroughly enjoy working with an inspiring team.
We are hiring part-time or full-time depending on the candidate. Must be available to work weekends and some evenings.
Qualifications & experience
Retail manager experience Solid experience to drive amazing sales and customer service The ability to achieve and exceed KPI's Understand rapport building and body language Be hands-on, energetic & vibrant Create a positive team environment Have the ability to motivate and influence your team Experience in store retail operations Prior experience in management is ideal Drive policy & procedures A "team player" attitude A customer-centric attitude - focused on the customer's journey beginning to end Experience using Canva and social media platforms. Be able to multi-task with good organization skills. Work well under pressure Tasks & responsibilities
Day to day running of studio Frontline customer service Daily reconciliation and banking Managing our online social media platforms Stocktakes Maintaining company hygiene standards Assigning jobs to suitable artists Overseeing work being performed to make sure the highest quality is always achieved Responding to emails and enquiries Ensure that company policies and procedures are maintained at all times Benefits
