About the roleThe Cultural Space and Sector Development section within the Creative City Business Unit is responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives, projects and programs that support the cultural and creative life of Sydney.
Co-ordinate day to day operations in key creative/cultural facilitiesSupport artists, creative enterprises and cultural organisations through an effectively run work spaceFacilitate community hire and creative programmingSkills and experiencePractical experience working with artists and cultural organisations in cultural development projects or creative programsCustomer service and problem solving mindsetUse your excellent relationship building skills to develop and maintain a community of shared space usersGreat co-ordination and organisation skills to balance a variety of day to day activities and demands.The recommended applicant must complete a pre-employment health declaration and criminal history check and working with children check.
