Due to expansion of our offices and high demand for our services, we are looking for a talented, experienced and organised new Studio Administrator to join our NT Studio in a Part Time role (3 days a week). This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work showcase their studio management skills as well as their studio administration through assisting internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring the running of the studio – not only ensuring the studio is running smoothly but to make sure the studio is presentable Operate the national telephone system including screening all calls and taking messages Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange meetings / video conferencing Arrange coffees/lunches for meetings, events and workshops Assisting with updating accounts receivable and payable Build a strong rapport with the team and help to promote staff cohesion and moral Assist is coordinating social and client focused event for your studio As a part of the Why join Hames Sharley: At Hames Sharley, it is important that our employees maintain a healthy balance between life and work.
