As the Technical Business Analyst in Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), our global technology team, you will be the subject matter expert as well as a trusted analyst. In this role, you'll get into the detail of how a solution meets business needs and articulate the complex rules around it, while working across challenging and dynamic environments.

You'll be involved in supporting BAU systems and HRIS system projects.
Day in the life: Facilitate business requirements gathering / user story mapping Analyse business requirements, management systems, process performance, and technical solutions Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders Defining detailed product requirement documents and definitions that promote scalability, smart practices, and an intuitive platform Documenting requirements by studying business functions, gathering information from users, and evaluating output Working with engineers, solution architects and test teams to develop, test and implement platform features and bug fixes Identifying key business/system processes, business rules, functional & non-functional requirements Assisting with the configuration and development of system enhancements and innovation You'll be perfect for the role if you have: Minimum 3 to 5 years technical business analysis Understanding of all aspects of the systems/software development lifecycle HRIS system experience Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical Sound business analysis skills, including solution definition, business process flows, impact analysis, problem resolution and reporting Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills Atlassian Suite: Confluence, JIRA End to end understanding of development processes Technical experience Culture: You will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry - Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certified Great Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd.
