Role Overview: You will be the first point of contact for students' enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face at their local campus student support and reception counter.
This includes general student FAQs, subject queries, progression inquiries, and all queries that help a student progress in their studies throughout the student lifecycle.
This role also supports on-campus administrative tasks, student common room facilities, and activities to facilitate engagement and enhance the student experience from enrolment through to graduation.
