To be selected, you should be passionate about making a difference.The successful applicant will ideally develop supportive links between the student, the family, the school, and other agencies in the community. They should assist in liaising with families, students, staff, and any other relevant agencies, including the ability to identify problems and provide solutions. A determined focus on achieving outcomes is highly desirable to support families in providing the best opportunities for their children.The successful applicant should have good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other staff and service providers. They will ideally have effective planning and organisation skills and will be able to use their initiative to assist with seeking out solutions to improve the general care and well-being of students.
