We are currently seeking an individual to join our Student Services team on a full-time basis. It requires a mature person with initiative, experience and exceptional organisation and planning skills. The successful applicant will have the ability to prioritise their own workload, as well as contributing to a high performing team environment.
Our Student Services Administrators report to the Student Services Manager and together provide a suite of internal and external services to our parents, students and staff. 
The primary goal is to build strong long-lasting relationships with our parents, carers,students and teachers, always being mindful to take care of their needs and to enjoy the gift of service.
Overall, the Student Services team are responsible for:
Supporting students' attendance and administrative needsSupporting medical services in First Aid and Sick Bay facilitiesMaintaining student records through our student management systems and processesSupporting print room managementMaintaining sports program administrationAssisting in the organisation of special College eventsMaintaining bus/coach bookings for excursionsMaintaining camp/excursion administrationFacilitating WHS management including following up on Student Accident/Incident reportsAssist with covering ReceptionSupporting the uniform policyStudent Services is a fast-paced, high demand, evolving role. Previous experience working in the school sectorHave strong communication skills and strong computer literacy. Including, ideally, Sentral School Management System, Microsoft and Adobe products and has experience with the Funnel CRMBe a committed Christian with a strong understanding of your faith An ability to assent to the College Statement of FaithA current Working With Children ClearanceThis is an ongoing, permanent position and will provide up to 7 weeks of leave each year in alignment with the school holidays.
