To be successful in this role you will have: Developing and maintaining education agent network to meet KPIs. Outstanding communicative abilities, readily inclined to engage with stakeholders through regular visits. Ongoing communication with agency counsellors (and document-processing teams) including regular visits, supply of new marketing/counselling materials etc. Well-developed organisational abilities and initiative, displaying commitment and self-motivation, and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a complex team environment. Proven ability in developing and executing innovative recruitment activities, including use of social media in recruitment campaigns. Preparation of monthly marketing reports including agent-visitation calendar. Substantial professional background in sales and marketing within the VET & ELICOS school sector is highly desirable. Tasks & Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the college's programs and courses. Create captivating content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate with the admissions team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies. Plan and execute events both online and offline, to engage with prospective students and industry partners. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials. Stay up to date with emerging marketing techniques and technologies in the education industry and attentive to business opportunities. Implement Business and Marketing Strategies to promote college amongst educational agencies and conduct marketing meetings and training with agencies. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new accredited educational agents. Ensure agencies are compliant with regulations and internal procedures such as enrolments and agreements. Visit educational agents weekly and promote engagement between college and agencies. Ensure all communications and marketing materials used to promote college are the most up-to-date version. Intermediate the communication between students and college.
