About the role Core to the functions of the Chief Operations Office (COO) is a focus on customer.
We are the engine room of the Group and every single process that we execute has a significant impact on the customer experience.
Within COO, the Financial Crime Services (FCS) function is accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing leadership of the Group's financial crime shared services.
