About the role Core to the functions of the Chief Operations Office (COO) is a focus on customer.
We are the engine room of the Group and every single process that we execute has a significant impact on the customer experience.
Within COO, the Financial Crime Services (FCS) function is accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing leadership of the Group's financial crime shared services.
What you'll be responsible for Plan and execute the communications strategy that aligns with the goals of the company.
Develop external communications.
Create, edit, and distribute content across a range of platforms that engage and inform a target audience.
Collaborate closely with leaders and internal teams to ensure messages align with business goals.

Writes in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience.
Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
