Health Science Hub (RTO 52806) is looking for new team members who are interested in working in the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector.
We are looking for people who are passionate about education and providing support and guidance to year 11 and 12 students. The role will involve directly administrating students completing Cert III or Cert IV in health and science-focused qualifications.
The role is a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave absence at our site in Bunbury, 62 Wittenoom Street. An advantage would be for you to have already worked within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Sector; however, this is not a prerequisite.
The right candidate will have the following:
Excellent customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsHigh level of computer skillsAn understanding of Learning Management and Student Management Systems.Ability to quickly adjust to new software applications.A passion for working with students aged 15 - 18.Some experience or knowledge with Health and Science.Work within a team as well as autonomously.Manage change and contribute to continuous improvement.Job requirements will include:
General student assistance.Attendance managementMonitoring student progressAssisting with student mental health and at-risk students.Class resource allocation and managementAssisting trainersOnline student management.Processing enrollmentsProcessing completionsDays and hours of work:
Wednesday - Friday8:30 am to 4:00 pm.Job Types: Fixed term, ContractContract length: 11 weeks
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 24 per week
