About the Division The University Experience Division is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio.
The University Experience Division provides a range of support, enrichment, and advisory services to help students achieve their university educational goals.
We support students living both on and off-campus and strive to ensure high quality and responsive services are delivered effectively to students from all backgrounds.
The Student Life team supports student engagement, equity, development and communications through co-designed programs and activities that enhance orientation and transition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion and community engagement for all students at the University.
About the opportunity We're seeking a Student Life Assistant, Student Equity, to join the Student Life team and work closely with team members on programs/services and events designed to support widening participation; enhance the student experience for students from diverse backgrounds; contribute to the evaluation of equity initiatives; promote team activities; engage with stakeholders; and, as needed, supervise student casuals or volunteers.
