Prime opportunity to join the Swinburne Customer Service & Relations teamMultiple fixed term (fulltime and part time) positions at our Hawthorn campusHEW 4 salary + 17% superAbout the RoleWe are seeking a StudentHQ Administrator to provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and the general public.
Reporting to the StudentHQ Team Leader, this role serves as a central point of contact for a wide range of student and library enquiries, supporting the student lifecycle and delivering seamless, student-centric service.Key responsibilities include handling enquiries related to enrolment, timetabling, results, ID cards, student fees and payments, and library services such as lending and equipment bookings.
The role involves responding to queries across multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone, email, social media, and live chat, as well as performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records within the University's CRM system.
