Student Engineer - Traffic Investigations

Our client URGENTLY requires a Student Engineer for 12 months + Part Time Contract in Nerang .
   The role is up to 3 days per week during semester, and up to 37.5 hours per week (during University holidays), to work within a team, providing traffic and road safety expertise within the region, through the development of Road Safety Mass Action Plans, Safer Roads Sooner proposals, speed limit reviews, traffic safety investigations and responding to public enquires regarding road safety.
   Skills and Experience required includes: Currently enrolled in second or third year of an Engineering degree or dual-degree equivalent.
Provide specialist technical advice and assistance in traffic engineering and road safety to other officers.
Communicate, verbally and in writing to stakeholders, information or advice on traffic operations, including the preparation of technical reports.
