The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs and assessment services for the construction and rail industries.Types of roles available:CasualLocation:MelbourneWhat courses you will be delivering:Based on your experience and qualifications, you will be delivering at least one of these:TC1 - Traffic Controller Skill Set for Urban Streets and Low Volume Rural RoadsRIICOM201 E Communicate in the workplace.RIIWHS205 E Control traffic with stop-slow bat.RIIWHS206 Control traffic with portable traffic control devices and temporary traffic signs.TC2 - Traffic Controller Skill Set for High Volume RoadsRIIWHS207 Control traffic on high volume roads.TMI1 - Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set for Urban Streets and Low Volume Rural RoadsRIICOM201 E Communicate in the workplace.RIIRIS301 E Apply risk management processes.RIIWHS302 E Implement traffic management plans.RIIWHS303 Position, set up and program portable traffic control devices.TMI2 - Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set for High Volume RoadsRIIBEF301 D Run on-site operations.RIIWHS304 Implement traffic management plans on high volume roads.Responsibilities:Deliver training from the Maribyrnong office and onsite when needed.Deliver training programs in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulations, leveraging Training Ahead Australia's proven methodologies.Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance, compliance, and alignment with Training Ahead Australia's standards.Provide guidance and support to trainees, fostering a comprehensive understanding of workplace health and safety principles.Stay informed about changes in legislation and best practices related to occupational health and safety.Qualifications:Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualification.The unit of competency that you will be delivering must be held, including any Traffic Management Upgrades.Requirements:Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various training locations as required.Minimum one year experience as a Trainer and Assessor.Minimum two years experience in the role you will be training.Passion for promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.High level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in training and assessment.Strong organisational and time-management skills.For inquiries, please contact:
