Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy & Transformation Director to join our team in Sydney. This role is pivotal to the company's transformation agenda, driving Go-To-Market strategy that aligns with our growth objectives and seeing through end-to-end execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management consulting, coupled with deep expertise in the industrials or manufacturing sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, including identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and operational improvements.Drive large-scale transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, digital transformation, and operational excellence programs.Collaborate closely with senior leadership, private equity partners, and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and implementation plans.Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting business objectives.Analyse business performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.Champion change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts across the organisation.Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, market entry, and product development opportunities.Key RequirementsMinimum of 8 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting, ideally coupled with operating experience within the industrials & manufacturing industry.Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives within complex, fast-paced environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise data and develop actionable insights.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organisation.Experience working in a private equity-owned environment is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.Highly adaptable, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business setting.What We OfferCompetitive salary package and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to make a significant impact within a high-growth company.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Career progression opportunities in a global private equity-backed organisation.
