Your RoleWe have a permanent opportunity in the Strategy, Planning & Governance team within Retail Insurance Australia (RIA). In this role, you'll support the Executive Manager, Strategy and the broader leadership team with strategy development & renewal across Retail Insurance Australia (RIA).
You'll support the mandate of the RIA Strategy team across domains including:
Strategic support for the RIA CEO & Executive team, including Board strategy and investor day materials.Lead and support strategy development for "high-impact" topics across RIA Business Units, including growth, retention, customer experience, loyalty, supply chain, digital & AI.Explore "future of insurance" topics including emerging trends, innovation and future business models.This role will drive targeted strategic problem-solving sessions with a variety of stakeholders from EGM to line management, as well as lead and contribute to strategy capability uplift and development sessions across RIA and Group.
This is a permanent role open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) and Naarm (Melbourne).
About YouSolid experience consulting with and/or working at large, complex, matrix organisations, experience within a leading strategy consulting firm preferred.Broad and high-level functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, digital, supply chain, product, project management, marketing, agile.First class problem-solving toolkit - strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills, comfortable working with ambiguous, undefined problem contexts, with the ability to lead analytical and conceptual problem-solving with a wide variety of stakeholders.Strong quantitative aptitude.Extensive experience in influencing, managing and presenting to a diverse range of stakeholders, from executive teams to line managers.Excellent written communication skills to deliver against the standard required for an executive audience.Undergraduate / Master degree with outstanding academic record.
