To support our growing pipeline of opportunities and choices, Xero is hiring a Strategy Manager within the Global Strategy & Operations team who will play a key role in successful project delivery. This role will work closely with our global operations and regional strategy and operations teams.What you'll doBe a key contributor to the ongoing definition and evolution of our corporate long-term strategy, including evaluating the changing landscape in which Xero operates, identifying the most attractive opportunities and ensuring Xero is positioned to win in the future.Help structure and solve business problems by developing rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analyses and collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders.Develop market intelligence by identifying trends and anticipating shifts that will inform strategic decision-making.Develop communication of recommendations in a clear, concise and impactful way.What you'll bringStrategic toolkit: Proven ability to lead and contribute to all aspects of strategy formulation and execution through structured problem solving.Analytical skills: Strong capability in handling qualitative and quantitative analyses, incl. building large data models and translating findings into actionable insights and executive-level presentations.Stakeholder management: Deep understanding of complex stakeholder groups and how to collaborate across various levels and functions.Project management: Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of insightful recommendations.Industry knowledge: 3+ years of experience in strategy roles, ideally from a consulting background, with a Master's degree or equivalent.
