Strategy Manager, Digital Experiences See yourself in our team: Within Retail Banking Services (RBS), the Digital Domain drives the strategy and delivery behind CBA's market-leading CommBank app and its desktop asset Netbank, delivering an integral service and brilliant experiences to over nine million digitally active customers.
Do work that matters: The Manager, Digital Experiences Centre of Excellence role will support and coordinate simplification and transformation initiatives across the Digital Domain.

Your responsibilities will include:
Working proactively, drawing on your own judgement and input from your manager and other relevant stakeholders across the Digital Domain. Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Managing the domain's recruitment pipeline to ensure timely allocation of resources. Supporting strategy and governance initiatives across the Digital Domain. Supporting initiatives to drive culture and team engagement. Managing and updating team resources (e.g., SharePoint sites, SOPs, etc.)
and team communications documents as required. Adhering to the Code of Conduct, which sets the standards of behaviour, actions, and decisions we expect from our people. We're interested in hearing from people who have: A passion for all things digital and customer, and an interest in supporting the operational activities of the domain. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving and lateral thinking abilities. Key time management skills and the ability to ensure complex projects are delivered in a timely manner. A high level of computer literacy, including sound skills in Advanced Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on data quality.
