Do work that matters: The Manager, Digital Experiences Centre of Excellence role will support and coordinate simplification and transformation initiatives across the Digital Domain. Your responsibilities will include: Working proactively, drawing on your own judgement and input from your manager and other relevant stakeholders across the Digital Domain. Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Managing the domain's recruitment pipeline to ensure timely allocation of resources. Supporting strategy and governance initiatives across the Digital Domain. Supporting initiatives to drive culture and team engagement. Managing and updating team resources (e.g., Share Point sites, SOPs, etc.) and team communications documents as required. Adhering to the Code of Conduct, which sets the standards of behaviour, actions, and decisions we expect from our people. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving and lateral thinking abilities. Key time management skills and the ability to ensure complex projects are delivered in a timely manner. A high level of computer literacy, including sound skills in Advanced Excel, MS Access, Power Point, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on data quality.
