As the Strategic Planner, you'll be pivotal in leading medium to long-term plans that optimise our maintenance supply chains and ensure our operations stay ahead.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate annual strategic and quarterly planning meetings, driving collaboration across teams to deliver on long-term asset and maintenance strategies and customer demand.Coordinate capital planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.Work with Supply Chain to manage inventory strategy for parts requirements.Develop strategies for external workshop partnerships to optimise capacity, improve velocity and quality outcomes.Manage maintenance supply chain efficiency, anticipating variability in parts, labour, and asset availability to meet customer demand.Use planning tools to evaluate scenarios, assessing risk and opportunities while ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategy.Track performance metrics to monitor progress and adapt plans as necessary.Why Bis?At Bis, we believe in better service, better equipment, and better solutions when it counts.

What You'll NeedStrong experience in planning in a capital-intensive industry (mining preferred).A proven track record in asset management and lifecycle costing.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.About Our Recruitment ProcessAs part of our recruitment process, there are several checks which may be conducted to demonstrate your suitability for a role.
