This is a unique opportunity to join one of Australia's leading independent creative agencies. If you're a Digital / CX Strategy Director with the passion, enthusiasm and expertise to guide the strategic development of market-leading solutions across a portfolio of clients in retail, telecommunications, financial services, this role could be ideal.

Key to this role will be your responsibility for developing creative campaign communications and experience strategies with a customer-first approach. You'll be delivering meaningful value for customers and incremental brand and business outcomes for clients.

It's a hand-on role that sees you both working collaboratively on projects within the Strategy team as well as leading your own projects with client, account management and creative teams.

This is also an opportunity for encouraged personal development and career advancement.

Goals and Responsibilities Ability to distill complex information into simple and succinct strategic outputs that you can communicate clearly to clients.
Independently identifying actionable category, cultural and consumer insights, as well as mapping and auditing current-state customer journeys, by conducting and/or analysing quantitative and qualitative research.
Leading client-facing workshops to gather critical information and co-design strategic solutions to their business needs.
Producing insightful strategies and creative briefs that inspire clients and creative teams to develop engaging communications and brand experiences that directly address client's problems.
Being the voice of the customer through all stages of a project, collaborating with all relevant teams through the process of taking a solution to market.
Liaising with clients directly and delivering effective engaging presentations.
Contributing to the growth of the agency by helping deliver new business.

Experience 5 - 8 + years' experience in a strategy/planning role within a creative or digital communications agency
Bachelor's Degree
