Responsible for developing brilliant customer centric solutions for your accounts and on new business.Building strong relationships with your clients to help them define and overcome business problems and harness the opportunities presented.The role straddles the day to day strategy on your accounts and drives their longer term vision, as well as working closely with other team members to unlock new opportunities for the group.A Snapshot Of What You'll DoRaise and maintain an exceptional standard for strategic thinking and creative solutions for your accounts; being a go-to leader for team members for your accountsDevelop strong partnerships with your clients, senior and day to day, by becoming an indispensable partner in helping them overcome challenges and identify opportunitiesTake ownership for improving the integration and quality of thinking in your area of specialism across the team and agencyEmbed new methods and tools onto your accounts, including finding opportunities to bring in our newer strategic capabilities to unlock greater customer valueMentor and develop the strategic skills of the strategists supporting you on your accounts and the team more broadlyShare your strategic skills, insights and thought-leadership with the wider agency, as part of internal learning and development and in an informal nature on your accountsLead the strategic thinking for pitches/new business opportunities where requiredPartner with the Head of Strategy to drive an integrated and collaborative culture with the Creative and Account Services teamsFoster collaborative relationships with other departments within the agency and across the broader M&C Saatchi GroupPlus much more!Your Ideal ExperienceAt least 7 years' experience in brand, insight or communications planning strategy experienceProven success in growing business - be it organic growth of existing clients, as well as identifying and converting new client opportunitiesA strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture and bring the required pieces of the puzzle togetherStrong presentation skills, able to articulate your strategy and the impact it will have on a broader scaleAnalytical mindset and the ability to analyse information to inform your decision makingM&C Saatchi Group AmbitionAs part of the M&C Saatchi Group we come together to realise BIG AMBITIONS.
