Read more about us at veyter.comResponsibilities:Develop and implement strategic transformation and work system re-design programs, working collaboratively 'as one' with our client teams.Provide deep expertise, pragmatic advice and meaningful insights to clients across various industries that operate worldwide.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices relevant to our business such as leadership, risk management, WHS and business performance.Foster strong client relationships and be a trusted advisor engaging directly with senior leaders.Work autonomously and collaboratively in virtual teams across geographies and time zones, using online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and MIRO.Support the growth of our company through client delivery, research, service design and business development activities.Experience:10-15 years proven experience (minimum 5 years with professional services or consulting preferred) in strategy design, program implementation and facilitation.Deep understanding of operational risk management, WHS and/or sustainability.Strong analytical, problem-solving and process mapping skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.Demonstrated ability to manage multi-faceted projects and deliver results that wow.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Qualifications:Relevant qualifications in business, process improvement, risk management, WHS or sustainability.Why Join Us?Be part of a forward-thinking and innovative team that is challenging the way advisory services are delivered to clients.
