Job Description
About YOUR new employer:This business has recently undertaken a strategic change in direction under a new management team and is now looking to expand into new markets both organically and through strategic acquisition.
About YOUR new job:Due to this new growth initiative, a dedicated team has been created under a diverse and proven leadership team to execute its growth strategy. Operating with a high level of autonomy, this team will manage all facets of high-level transactions.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the core tasks aligned to this position will include:

Presenting detailed business cases on new business opportunities such as acquisitions and investments that will support high-level business decisions.
Building financial models that include business valuations, potential financing structures, and ROI.
Providing detailed analysis on external factors including competitor activity, trends and market insights.
Supporting the corporate team with advice and guidance to ensure accuracy during the transaction process.

About YOU!Will hold a professional accounting or finance-related qualificationCan demonstrate prior experience with business case preparation, presentation and executionWill have a background in corporate finance, transaction services, investment banking, Private Equity or specialised consulting.Is able to build financial models using MS Excel and is proficient with MS PowerpointWill be an articulate and detailed individual who has the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
