About You
You are, like us, determined by nature and always looking for ways to drive forward. A self-starter and independent thinker who can roll up your sleeves to develop creative solutions. Along with a blend of proven experience and confidence, you are our Strategic Sales Lead. You will drive Elysium Decking's sales and product awareness by representing a business with a greater purpose.
You will have:
5+ years of sales experience working with a related industry such as construction, outdoor products or trades.
A proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
Leadership skills and a strategic vision to run a division and scale operations nationwide.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, track sales performance and make data-driven decisions to increase sales.
Confidence to hit the ground running while working in a team and independently to drive sales nationwide.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across Australia.
Collaborate with the current marketing function to increase brand and product awareness.
Lead and grow a sales division.
Identify sales opportunities and drive strategic solutions for customer engagement and satisfaction.
Liaise with local and international suppliers and logistics to ensure smooth customer transactions.
Build a network of repeat business by winning over new customers and keeping them coming back.
Contribute to the bigger picture for the business' vision and goals.

Build a network of repeat customers to boost sales.

Develop and lead a sales team that shares the organisation's values of continuous improvement and a spark in spirit.
Location:
We encourage applications from anywhere in Australia. Our hybrid work environment offers the balance of both worlds, combining flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration.
Travel will be required for customer acquisition and relationship nurturing. Adapting to both in-person and remote work is crucial.
