About the Opportunity: As a Strategic Project Enablement Manager, you'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders in The Advancement Portfolio (TAP) team. Your mission? To enable strategic opportunities across Policy, Data, People, Process, and Systems domains. By enhancing the services delivered by our unit, you'll directly contribute to our portfolio's success. From project planning to execution and post-implementation, you'll ensure we achieve the portfolio's strategic objectives and vision.

Previous experience in Strategic Planning and Execution: Can develop, implement, and refine strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. Minimum 5 years' experience required.Proven success in applying change management principles effectively in initiatives and projects.Salesforce and/or CRM experience required.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor by understanding their existing and future needs. Must be highly personable.Must be able to use data-driven insight to make informed decisions and pay attention to details and process orientation.Can effectively communicate clearly through written and verbal channels. Must be able to deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences.Strong pro-active and growth mindset with the ability to prioritize based on strategic vision.Can adapt to changing priorities and dynamics and reprioritize tasks as needed.Sponsorship / Work Rights for Australia Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. For a continuing position, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.
