Strategic Policy And Innovation Manager

The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of strategic policy and innovative solutions for social housing reform and affordable housing outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in social, urban, or economic policy skills and be able to formulate and communicate a future vision for social housing reform.
The role requires a strong leader and people manager who can engage a team to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced and flexible environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders, and preparing and presenting detailed reports and submissions.
