Strategic Planner

Our client is seeking a Western Australian experienced planner to join their team as a Strategic Planner and steer your career towards new heights.
In this role, you'll be an integral member of the Strategic Planning team, focusing on managing and delivering a wide array of Strategic projects.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with the technical lead on intricate projects and proposals. Offer innovative solutions to clients' challenges. Prepare reports for Tribunals and Planning Panels. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff as needed. Assist project teams in achieving exceptional outcomes. Generate reports and written advice for strategic planning projects, including strategy plans, master plans, and development applications. Actively contribute to business development initiatives to foster growth. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Demonstrated experience in Strategic Planning within Western Australia. Tertiary qualification in Planning. Proficiency in Western Australian Planning systems and legislations. Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and mediate agreements between conflicting parties. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities. Team player mindset with adaptability and a thirst for learning.
