Join our Cybersecurity Transformation and Change Delivery team as the Strategic Delivery Lead for the Privileged Access and Protection domain.
The Strategic Delivery Lead for the Privileged Access and Protection domain will be tasked with delivering a strategic roadmap that encompasses four key initiatives which include Privileged Access Management Program, Secrets Management Project, DLP Transformation and Threat Prevention Service Uplift.
You will be part of the dynamic Macquarie Cyber Team that drives proactive transformation and maximises value from our investments. This transformation aims to increase automation, continuously reduce risk, and mitigate threats.
What role will you play?You will work closely with PAM and Cyber Delivery leadership teams to develop strategic roadmaps and strategic execution. Stakeholder engagement involves co-designing programs and collaborating with business units, Engineers and account stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
You will facilitate strategic alignment, manage resources, and monitor performance. Continuous improvement is driven through quarterly retrospectives, and planning includes maintaining roadmaps and preparing investment proposals.
What you offer10+ years in Cyber Security, Information Security and/or Product/Program Management with recent exposure to building and/or operating enterprise-wide Cyber/IT services within large financial service institutions.Proven Strategy to Execution experience, ideally in the Cyber domain.Proven expertise with Project Management disciplines including strategic planning, securing stakeholder commitment, best practice Ways of Working, granular tracking and timely blocker removal.Confident ability with handling multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations within a challenging business environment.Strong leadership skills to drive and motivate cross-functional teams.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
