If you have a passion for the property-related industry, a knack for building strong relationships, and are seeking a varied and fast-paced role where you can showcase your administration skills, SSKB has the opportunity for you!

The Position
The strata industry is dynamic and diverse, with a wide range of stakeholders and queries to keep things interesting. Your role will involve supporting a range of residential and commercial properties.
You'll be client-facing, attending meetings, and managing the administration. Starting with a small portfolio, you'll receive training and support to develop your skills.
As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to manage a larger portfolio and progress to a Community Manager role with your own Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
Meeting attendance and minute taking
Ensuring prompt adherence to meeting timelines
Preparation of budgets and review of financials
Prompt and effective responses to emails and phone calls
Writing correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes
Providing advice to the Committee
The building of sound relationships with the Committees and Owners

About You
Ideally, you will have previous strata or property management experience. However, you may have a keen interest in the industry and be looking to showcase your strong interpersonal and administrative skills. Full training and support will be provided by an experienced team to help you succeed.
Successful traits for this role include being a solution finder, confident speaker, and effective researcher, while staying calm under pressure. You will enjoy working with policies and procedures, and excel in customer service, problem-solving, administration, negotiation, and be tech-savvy.
