The Role: Portfolio Management: Overseeing your own portfolio of approximately 700 to 1000 lots, ensuring efficient operation and high levels of client satisfaction.General Management Support: Providing comprehensive support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns while maintaining excellent relationships.AGM Coordination: Organizing and conducting Annual General Meetings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and effective communication with stakeholders.Collaboration with Committees: Working closely with Building Management Committees to facilitate decision-making processes and enhance community living standards.Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for your portfolio, ensuring financial sustainability and transparency.Dedicated Strata Assistant: Collaborating with a dedicated Strata Assistant to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
