The Role:Small portfolio of 50 buildings – this is a well-kept portfolio that is TIDY with longstanding tenured buildingsLiaising with strata owners, committee members and real estate agentsAnswering telephone enquiries and email correspondence in a timely and comprehensive mannerPreparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutesAttending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)Issuing work orders and quotesDrafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to complyAssisting with the management of junior staff members The Candidate:Previous Strata Management experienceNorth Shore & Northern Beaches local!Strong technical ability in strataThe ability to work in a collaborative culture The Benefits:9 day fortnight!!
