Full timeAre you an experienced Strata Manager looking to secure a long term position in a well-respected boutique office, working close to home in Joondalup? If so, we'd love to hear from you.THE ROLE:With help from our Strata Assistant:Day to day management of a portfolio of owner's corporationsPerform admin duties as required under the Act including preparation and distribution of notices of Annual General Meetings, Council Meetings and also Extraordinary General MeetingsEnsure full statutory compliance of the strata complexesMaintain close liaison with the strata council and lot owners including attending and chairing AGM'sPrepare all related reports, correspondence and documentationManaging maintenance issues and working with relevant contractors.THE CANDIDATE:To be considered for the position you will require:A strong and working knowledge of strata management, building maintenance services, strata plans and The amended Strata Titles Act 1985.To be working towards the necessary accreditation.The ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet statutory deadlinesStrong communication skills to liaise with internal and external clients in a professional mannerHighly organised with strong attention to detail and response timeA minimum of two years' experience as a Strata ManagerExperience with Strata Master would be an advantageIf you have the necessary skills and are interested in the position please send a brief covering letter and your resume through seek via the link below.
