If you have a passion for property-related industry, a knack for building strong relationships and are seeking a varied and fast-paced role where you can showcase your administration skills, our client has the opportunity for you.The Position Variety is the spice of strata life, and this industry is never boring, with a broad range of stakeholders and queries.In the strata industry clients are looked after by what is termed either a Strata or Body Corporate or Community Manager.The Community Manager, who is client facing and attends meetings, can have an Assistant working alongside them, whose role is more administrative.As an entry level role, you will be trained and supported on a small portfolio undertaking both roles as a Community Manager/Assistant Community Manager, allowing you to develop your skills and experience whilst being trained on the full life cycle of a client portfolio.As your skill set develops you may take on a larger portfolio and progress to a Community Manager role with an Assistant.You will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of clients in varying types of residential and commercial properties.Key responsibilities: Meeting attendance and minute taking Ensuring prompt adherence to meeting timelines Preparation of budgets and review of financials Prompt and effective responses to emails and phone calls Writing correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes Providing advice to the Committee The building of sound relationships with the Committees and Owners About You Ideally you will have previous strata experience, however you may have a keen interest in the property industry and be looking to showcase your strong interpersonal and administrative skills.Full training and support will be provided by an experienced team to help you succeed.Successful traits for this role include being a solution finder, confident speaker, and effective researcher, while staying calm under pressure.You will enjoy working with policies and procedures, and excel in customer service, problem-solving, administration, negotiation, and be tech savvy.What's on Offer You will be provided with comprehensive three-month body corporate training along with ongoing career development opportunities.Other perks include: Competitive salary along with industry-leading commission opportunities.Flexible and hybrid working opportunities after probation.Ongoing training, leadership development, and mentoring.Celebrate success with rewards, recognition, gala dinners, monthly staff morning tea, and more!Demonstrate to us what skills, and experience you bring by clicking on the 'Apply to this job' button below attaching your resume and cover letter indicating your salary expectation.Applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
