Job DescriptionWhat you will do:You will be responsible for overseeing our QLD and NSW Operations Managers and Resort General Managers within their portfolio of parks and resorts. Day-to-day, you will provide key support in leadership and direction, ensuring there is a safe, effective, and efficient operating environment that maximizes financial returns, encourages and builds capability and capacity of people and creates and maintains a high level of guest experience.
