Prepare agendas and minutes for meetingsHost/chair Annual General, Executive Committee, and any other meetings as requiredArrange quotations and repairs with contractorsPrepare budgets for presentations to AGMsCoordinate maintenance tasksPrompt follow-up & resolution of inquiries & complaintsYOU

You will have at least 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager and a current NSW Strata Management licence.Be able to demonstrate a high level of legislative knowledge.Have solid written and verbal communication skills.Be highly organised.Can work autonomously and within a team.Have strong attention to detail.Be a kind person who has client services front of mind.REWARDS
