We are working with a specialist organisation that pride themselves on delivering exceptional management and customer service to their Body Corporate clients across Brisbane. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Strata Assistant to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:Support Senior Strata Manager: Assist with daily operations and ensure smooth management processes.Compliance Assistance: Help with compliance requirements, including AFSS and Plant Items registrations.Insurance Claims Processing: Aid in managing insurance claims and processing documentation.Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, property managers, tenants, tradespeople, and other stakeholders.Appointment Scheduling: Organise and schedule meetings and appointments as requested.Correspondence Preparation: Draft letters and other correspondence as needed.Database Management: Update and maintain databases as required.Ideal Candidate Attributes:Experience: Ideally 2-3 years in the strata management / property management industry. Will also look at Hotel / Retail sectors.Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.Motivation: Self-driven and efficient with a proactive approach to tasks.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.If you are a motivated team player who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service then please apply today.
