Develop local stores procedures in accordance with the needs of the centre, compliant to relevant QCS procedures.Maintain stores procedures and documentation in accordance with QCS financial management manual, QCS procedures, requirements of the purchasing system and QUEST systems where applicable.Implement and maintain Offender Purchasing and Offender Canteen Services local procedures in accordance with relevant proceduresOversee the administration of the purchase of stock and stores for the centre storeReview and manage the stock orders from all areas of the centre through the local internal system.Provide, through the inventory and stock management system an auditable trail of stock orders.Manage stock control in accordance with direction from the Correctional Manager Business Services and relevant delegations.Manage stores budget in accordance with direction from the Correctional Manager Business Services and relevant financial delegations.Ensure that all requests for goods and services are processed and actioned in a timely manner.Ensure all centre documentation is appropriately archived.Manage the control and issue of uniforms.
