Job DescriptionAbout the role: MPK is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our team in Well Camp, QLD. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader – Well Equipment Solutions, this position will provide a professional, efficient and reliable support service to both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the accurate delivery of materials and equipment for operational utilisation.
The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is the responsible contact for warehouse activity within the Wellcamp facility, for all relevant Energy Services business units, with key objectives including:
Receive materials ensuring compliance against purchase orders, specification, industry and legislative requirementsPerform put-a-way, picking, packing and dispatch activities accurately and efficientlyPerform all system activities accurately and efficiently, in accordance with MPK's policies and proceduresAdminister the warehouse process for refurbishment of inventoryOrganise logistics for dispatch of materials, including the quoting process with approved transport providersMaintain accuracy of inventory held within the warehouse and undertake required stock taking activities (i.e. monthly inventory health checks and annual stock take)Maintain the warehouse in a clean and safe environment, including clear identification of designated warehouse areasLiaise with vendors to resolve order delivery discrepanciesLiaise with internal and external stakeholders in a clear, professional mannerContribute to the execution of the overall supply chain strategy and continuous improvement initiativesDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout you: The successful candidate will ideally have 2 - 3+ years' experience in a similar position with intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Suite & Outlook. Relevant ERP experience – SAP, JDE, Pronto or Jobpac.
Hold a current forklift ticket and driver's license. Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with time/deadline management & work planning skills. You must be able to work well as part of a team and autonomously.
