Undertake and assist with the onboarding and induction of team members new to JB or new to role.Lead product training programs to ensure the sales team is well equipped to demonstrate and sell existing and emerging product categories.Demonstrate, lead, and coach a high level of customer service standards including pre, during, and post the sale.Utilise all available materials, tools, and collateral to train the teams.Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver day-to-day store operations.About You Retail experience in high achieving teams.Passion for training and developing people.Willingness to facilitate and partake in training sessions.JB Hi-Fi Limited is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
