Job Description As a Store Operations Support Coordinator at MUJI Store Support Service, you will play a crucial role within the Business Development, IT and Support Operations Division in enhancing store operations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Proactively monitoring store operations to identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our retail stores Collaborating with various divisions to communicate, propose and evaluate tools and supplies to optimise operations, reduce costs, and enhance safety Collaborating with various divisions to streamline communication and enhance operational efficiency Coordinating and providing project-based support to meet our retail business operational needs

Desired Skills and Experience Previous experience in the retail or administrative environment or similar role desirable Tertiary qualifications relevant to role is preferred Knowledge about MUJI products Good interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business Autonomous and highly organised with good attention to detail Good communication and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related business and communication tools
