Empower, coach, build capability, and unlock diverse skill sets within the store team Plan and respond effectively to ensure a safe and compliant store environment Make sound, data-led decisions with a deep understanding of customers and operational leavers Effectively manages the store P&L and accurately forecasts resource demands Confidently navigate through different tech platforms; devices, computer programs, systems, and reporting What you'll bring You will bring a strong Retail Leadership background, with a passion for team, customers, and results.
