6 you will: Make customers and their experience in store your priority Lead and inspire your team and consistently role model and coach high performance in line with our company values Achieve sales and KPI targets, both individual and store Manage rosters in line with store trading patterns Set up Visual Merchandising  and maintain high standard of store presentation Manage stock and prevent loss Provide a safe environment for team and customers About you Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and mentor a small team for high performance and succession planning Proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets, both individual and store Experience within a high volume stock and merchandise environment Professional communication skills Flexible to contribute during peak gifting periods (Christmas and Mothers Day) Passion for our product The Perks Competitive salary and bonus scheme Full time roster- no late nights Career development opportunities Collaborative team environment 30% discount on all full price product Sell what you love Team is at the heart of what we do.
