You come to us with at least 2 years' experience of leading multi-site or big box stores, a deep understanding of store operations, and a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.You have strong commercial acumen and a head for numbers, which enables you to monitor and manage multiple levers of performance including sales and profitability, inventory and labour.You are confident and cool-headed under pressure, persevering in the face of inevitable setbacks. Your comfort with ambiguity means you stay focused on what you can control (even when things are up in the air), while your ability to plan and set achievable goals helps your team stay on course.You understand how critical you are to ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You take personal accountability for the in-store experience and upholding the Good Guys brand to the highest standard, and make sure others do the same.
