To be successful in the roleThis is a position in a high paced, high turnover environment. To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following:
Senior retail experience in a management positionProven ability to lead by example and provide the best customer serviceAn unmistakable talent and passion to provide a motivational, inspirational atmosphere for your teamConfidence to manage differing personalities in a team environmentStrength in offering ongoing comprehensive training, as well as driving floor salesExperience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularlyExperience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferableWho are we looking for?We are seeking a passionate, skilled, approachable, retail professional to join our team.
