About the Job
As the Liverpool Outlet Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations to keep the store running smoothly. This means watching over sales, managing inventory, and arranging product displays to make sure the store is doing well. You'll also lead and train the sales team, helping them meet their goals and provide great service to customers. Your focus will be on making sure every customer has a great experience, finding what they need and resolving any issues that come up. You'll come up with ways to bring more people into the store and increase sales, while also making sure everything looks neat and follows company rules. Plus, you'll analyze sales data to help make smart decisions that keep the store successful.
